Lansing Pride is Mid-Michigan’s largest FREE LGBTQ+ festival, celebrating visibility, inclusion, and community.

Parking & Transportation

  • Most parking lots and ramps are located within a 10 minute rideshare or stroll south of Old Town. More information on both can be found below.

  • CATA Pride Festival Shuttles:

    Each ride fare is $1.25 

    From cash to contactless — ready to ride. CATA offers several convenient ways to pay your fare. Riders can tap a contactless debit or credit card, phone, or smartwatch when boarding. Purchase and activate mobile tickets through the Transit app or CATA Mobile Pay app, use passes or ride cards on fixed-route buses, or pay with cash on board using bills or coins.     • From LCC Gannon Parking Ramp (stop #1603, NBD Grand past Shiawassee St)

      • Corner of Shiawassee and Grand (southeast corner of the LCC Gannon Parking Ramp)

      • Route 14 or 16

      • Picks up every 30 minutes

      • About a 10-minute ride

      • Get off at the temporary Northbound event stop on Center at Cesar Chavez

    • From Lake Lansing Meijer Parking Lot (stop #1669, Meijer Lake Lansing Boarding Center (East Side)

      • Route 16

      • Picks up every 30 minutes

      • About a 30-minute ride

      • Get off at stop #5998, WBD Cesar Chavez past Cedar

    To return from the festival:

    • To LCC Gannon Parking Ramp

      • Center St.-North of Chavez (Temporary southbound event stop on Center at Cesar Chavez)

        • Route 14

        • Picks up every 30 minutes

        • About a 10-minute ride

        • Get off at stop #1625, WBD Shiawassee St at Washington Ave

      • Chavez Ave - East of Center St. (stop #5998, WBD Cesar Chavez past Cedar)

      • There are many residential streets around Old Town where guests can park

    • The Lansing River Trail is set along the Grand River. There are many parking lots along the trail that individuals can park at and then walk along the beautiful trail to the heart of Old Town and the festival! The below lots are about a 10-15 minute walk from Old Town.
