To become a vendor at this year’s Lansing Pride, check out vendor information and application below! If you have any questions please contact us at vendors@lansingpride.org

Vendor Information

  • Business - $125

    Business with Logo on Website - $175

    • If you choose this option, your business logo will appear on our website (with a link to your website), and in the printed festival guide. If you select this option, upon acceptance, this will require you to provide your logo in a timely manner.

    Non-Profit - $50

    Food Truck - $200

    • Only prepaid vendors will be given booth space.  We will not accept payment at the festival.

    • Lansing Pride can not provide gear for booths (canopy, table, chairs, etc.).  Please bring everything you will need to outfit your booth.  A cart is handy to carry gear to or from your space.

    • Booth spaces can accommodate a canopy or tent that is at most 10 feet by 10 feet.

    • Lansing Pride does not provide electricity.  

    • All booth spaces will be on asphalt, so at least two weights are required by law to secure your canopy.  Stakes will not work.

    • Additional guidelines for the weekend will be provided upon acceptance into this year’s festival

    • We reserve the right to exclude vendors who do not align with the values of our family- and LGBTQ-friendly festival. Our aim is to maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment for all attendees.
