Small Business Vendor Application
This vendor application is for small businesses only (10 employess or less). Our vendor marketplace is intentionally curated to uplift artists, creatives, and other small businesses.
Financial Aid: Lansing Pride seeks to promote entreprenuership by LGBTQ+ artisans. If the vendor fee is an obstacle to your participation in Lansing Pride 2026, limited financial aid, in the form of a fee discount, is available. To qualify, you must be the creator of the products you intend to sell and be a member of the LGBTQ+ community. Please note your interest in financial aid in the "Special Requests" section of this application. Financial aid is subject to budgetary limits and not guaranteed.
Large BUSINESS VENDOR APPLICATION
This vendor category is for larger businesses (11 or more employees) that participte in the festival largely for the purpose of advertising, lead generation, or the distribution of promotional materials.
We urge larger businesses to consider increasing their support of Lansing Pride by becoming a sponsor. Sponsors receive a booth space along with other promotional considerations. Sponsors do not need to apply for booth space.

Nonprofit Vendor Application
This section is dedicated to nonprofit organizations that serve, support, and uplift our community. Nonprofit booths are for organizations to share their mission, promote programs and services, connect with attendees, and build awareness around the important work they do.
This area is intended for outreach and engagement rather than commercial sales, offering nonprofits an opportunity to educate, recruit volunteers, share resources, and strengthen connections within the Pride community.
Food Truck Vendor Application
This application is for food trucks that require more than 10 feet of curb space.
If your stand fits into 10 feet of curb space, please apply as a "Business Vendor."
Lansing Pride makes a concerted effort to include a wide diversity of cuisine choices from many cultures, but also burgers and hot dogs! For this reason, we will select food vendors that provide the widest variety at the festival.
A Food License and Certificate of Insurance are required.
